Build Tic Tac Toe game within our website framework

We're looking for a developer to help us create a Tic Tac Toe (very simple) game to be integrated into our online site "template", exemplified here: www.247solitaire.com
The template we provide will be a single page. You will not be required to create any additional content, outside of the game, itself.
The game will consist of an intro screen, gameplay screen, and end game screen. We will provide all art / sound assets and a flowchart of exactly what we have in mind: you just need to supply the in-game code.
The game must be developed in javascript (TypeScript a plus) and fully integrated into our website framework using the HTML5 canvas element.
