Website that can support up to 6000 sounds.
Sounds exist as MP3 files, metadata is contained within a CSV file. This contains Name, description, length, filename.
Wanting to avoid using a database if possible for maximum portability, so streaming the CSV with something like Papa Parse would be ideal.
Waveform and playback handled by wavesurfer.js.
Search function and filter options.
Pagination (customisable 10 per page, 20 per page, 50 per page, etc.)
