Build me a NextJS website (Babysitter)

Hello Guys,
I'm looking for a front-end programmer to create a project from scratch, it's a platform for caregivers of children, elderly, animals, etc..
The project should be developed using the NextJS JavaScript framework on the Ubuntu server.
Note: I'm only interested in front-end development; later I will make my server available via ssh to develop the project.
