Build me a Multi Social Media messager

We are look for developers to help us build a Multi social media in one. The main should be a messager like WhatsApp and telegram. The app with have two sections the Private section where users can text their friend and Family and the online section. The online section would be like instagram & TikTok where user’s can start uploading pictures, videos and filters.They should be a section where people could start a random chat with anyone around the world, it won’t show their personal details like phone number as it’s the online section until they press the reveal button. The private section wouldn’t have ads but the online section will have ads.
