I want to build a Github-like Globe and integrate in hugo template

Visual aspect: Try to meet the github effects as much possible as you can .
Data aspect: I can set those blue cylinder by coordinates and random lines fly over the cylinder (the same visual effect/data info as github globe.)
I need you to follow the github blog https://github.blog/2020-12-21-how-we-built-the-github-globe/ to achieve all the github's style & effect. But don't just copied the github's webgl-globe.js (https://github.githubassets.com/assets/webgl-globe-8bbbb3d9.js).
Once you built the globe, I'll send you the hugo template and integrate into it. the globe must be responsive.
