Build a Flare Time Series Oracle (FTSO)

Build a FTSO price Oracle using API of Crypto exchanges to grab prices of assets then calculate an average for each asset then submit the results to the Flare Network.

Must know how to work with API of exchanges to grab prices such as the API endpoints listed below. Must be able to research and learn how to properly setup the price oracle to work with the Flare Network.
