Build Embedded JavaScript Files for my Website

I made a basic mailing app with a MongoDB Atlas database. I made the website from scratch and I need help designing the front end. The .ejs files are for signing up, logging in, sending messages and looking at messages. The website is live right now and I will post the log in screen as it is. I don't need help creating any of the back end. Thank you!
