Build a Django/ReactJS LMS -- 2

Learning management system with django
Rule based for different level of admins
1. Admin - This is the main admin
2. SuperAdmin - This admin reports to the Admin and they control other website users
2.1 Curator - creates content and reports to SuperAdmin
2.2 Marketer - markets the website to students and reports to a SuperAdmin
2.3 Editor - edits content created by Curator before it is published
3. StudentX - direct clients
4. Schools - schools can subscribe and have their teachers and students registered to use the site

Contents that will be on the site
- Courses
- Standardized test
- Videos contents
- Presentations

Important to note, payment gateway integration is required and a job portal that integrates ability to assign curating task to applicants.

Part of this project was developed by another Freelancer who said he is not able to continue due to family reasons; however, I am open to a fruitful discussion. I am equally open to sharing partly developed code if its useful to potential freelancer.

Preferred technologies are below; however, I am open to suggestions for better quality and timely completion.
