This Project Is Very Serious. You Need To Make A Compiler That Processes A Custom Syntax (.pstl) And Converts It To A (.css) File. Programmer Can Take As Much Time As They want but should be < 12 Months.
Budget Will Be Increased By 10% For Early Delivery. For Ex: Total Budget is 1,00,000. And Expected Time Is 12 Months. If You Deliver it in 11 Months then You Will Get 1,10,000. If In 10 months then, 1,20,000 and so on.
Requirements & Notes:
At Least 3 Projects Done Within Last 2 Years With Compiling.
Legal Agreement Will be Done.
If not completed in 12 Months then legal Action would be taken.
