Bug in teleprompter software made in Javascript

The software is working fine but when I run the software I want the new window to open in the second screen, attached to the main computer. Right now it is opening on the main laptop top and I have to drag it to the second screen. I basically need a snippet in javascript to force the new window to open on the desired screen.
