Bug Fixing for Vue JS and Laraval Site: www.w2j.us

Our w2j.us website was developed in Vue Js, Larval Larval-based site.
Fix 2 Bugs on my site.
1. The Admin blog page Added Check All Tags, but The Tags (Keywords) are not showing on the front end Blog page. Add/Edit Blog page Also Check All option is not showing after the Edit Page, It showing only the Add New Blog page.

2. On employer login side all functions are working but attached screenshot (2.png) When click the hire button its not going to specific page showing only 404 not found page.
Need to fix this 2 bugs.
