Browser based Video Editor -- 2
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Hello,
We need a custom made browser based video editor for our company. It will be used for editing videos up to 4K, needs to have a clean and simple design. Its only function is to either add on top of the original video other video material or images (as in product placement) for a specific time frame and in a specific position, either slice the original video, insert a 10-20 sec video (that will be basically a product placement) and continue with the original video (a nice transitional effect would be nice for that).
The graphic content that will be placed on top of the video will be provided in a gallery specific to each client (so there should be an option to import the gallery content based on the data from the sql database).
The rendering of the final video file should be done on a server, not on the client's device. We are thinking at adapting the editor to work with the Amazon's aws services for this purpose.
No need for effects, no need for an upload function for other media files (other than the one for the video that is modified), just 2 layers (one for the original video, the second for the content added on top of the original video), the predetermined gallery with the graphics that can be added on top of the video and some controls for those graphics related to their positions on the timeline and in the screen (a drag and drop function will be great).
You can use an open source resource or anything you think is better, as long as the results are good and the editor is stable. HTML5 would be nice.
In the 2 attached files you can see sketches of the editor and a lot of information about functionality and features.
