Browser Extension Modification

I need an experienced Indian developer to modify a Google Chrome browser extension.

Tasks include:
- Change the extension's name, animations, and background color
- Remove existing license system and integrate my own
- Customize the appearance (icons, logos, layout, design, text, and fonts)
- Redesign structure so it looks completely different from the original version
- Implement custom animations as per my requirements
