Browser Adaptation & Enhancements for Dart Student App

I have an existing student (Dart) and teacher app (Vue.js). I want to make the student app run on the browser and implement some changes in both front and backend.
Key Modifications:
- Triggering surveys based on a checkbox
- Classmate selection in surveys via a checkable list
