Bot to buy or sell crypto using tradinview and coinbase

I would like someone who is experiences in Pixelation of colors on screen and COM who can create a script that can go from left to right on a computer screen with tradingview open, and if the chart at the end of the time frame, say, 3 hours, detects a green candle, buy and if red, sell,. It should be able to detect that if the next candle is the same color as the prior, do nothing. Then it should go to coinbase and buy and sell accrdingly
