Key Responsibilities
Implement token (ERC721) fractionalisation functionality
Initial focus on Ethereum block chain ongoing building layer 2 scaling integrations, such as support for Polygon and bridging support for other networks not solidity-based (e.g., Flow, Solana/Rust)
Developing new smart contracts not yet hypothesized
Make a HUGE impact helping to turn ideas into code
Work within a dynamic team, who challenges the status quo and champion agile working and continuous improvement
Integrating NFTs (non-fungible tokens) from various blockchains into our platform
Own, develop and maintain NFT services
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
Implementation of security and data protection systems
Write highly scalable, high volume services
Create optimized database schemas
Qualifications

Familiar with developing Ethereum smart contracts written in Solidity
Familiarity with Web3 frameworks and tools such as OpenZeppelin for upgradeable smart contracts, proxy patterns, etc.
Strong proficiency with Node.js, Typescript and various frameworks
High-level understanding of how Blockchains work, especially Ethereum
Familiarity with cryptography and experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
Experience with agile and test driven development
Interest in blockchain and enthusiasm for working in a relatively new space
2+ years professional Solidity experience
5+ years professional dev experience
Expert level with Solidity development/testing & web3.js toolchain
Shipped smart contracts to production with non-negligible value held
Understanding of the Ethereum Virtual MachinePrior experience in deploying smart contract systems to the Ethereum mainnet
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and product management to understand requirements, describe software product features, and technical design
Ability to derive the information from a research paper, whitepaper, technical paper, litepaper, etc.
Experience with agile and test driven development
Solidity code deployed to mainnet and used Truffle
Experience with NFT platforms
Experience minting or interacting with non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on Ethereum
Familiarity with NFT standards like ERC-721, ERC-1155, or Metaplex is desired
Ability to handle the DevOps side of production services using tools like Docker
Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
Understanding accessibility and security compliance
Understanding user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Preferred, but not required
