Blockchain Charity/Fundraising Web application using JavaScript

I have an assignment to create a simple charity or fundraising website with javascript. the key point is to store the "testing" money and database with a blockchain system and make the charity web system transparent with blockchain. This is a simple project for assignment only, all the money stored is just for testing, and no real money will be used. here is the files for general view of the web. any added features will be appreciated.
