Bigcommerce make an offer button

Hi i would like to add make an offer button to product page on bigcommerce. The button should open a modal popup, write teamviewer on your proposal, where it will take product that customer is interested in will add the offered price and will send us an email for the offer from the customer. There should be some captcha so bots wouldnt send spam. The job needs to be done over remote desktop. Please dont apply if you are not comfortable working on this way
