Basic Vue App

here is the spec
A basic VueJS front-end where you can enter some text and submit.
The text is sent to a NestJS back-end (rest or graphql api)
The backend scans the text for symptoms that are scraped from:
a website
The backend sends back the words in the text that matched the symptom list
The front-end highlights the terms in the text
