Basic Telegram Bot Development

I'm looking for a proficient developer to build a Telegram bot for me. While I left some of the specifics unspecified in the questionnaire, here are the essentials:

- The bot should be capable of sending automated messages.
- It must be able to reply to user queries.
- It needs to be built with the capacity to collect user information.

While there are some tasks I'm unsure about at this point, I'm considering the possibility of having the bot:

- Send notifications.
- Provide customer support.
- Generate custom reports.

Depending upon our discussions and your recommendations, our Telegram bot might need to interact with external APIs or databases.

Ideal skills:
- Solid experience in bot development, specifically on Telegram.
- Proficiency in programming languages suitable for bot development (Python, Javascript etc.).
- Familiarity with integrating bots with external APIs or databases.
- Problem-solving skills to ensure bot can effectively answer user queries and gather the correct information.
