Basic HTML + Javascript Dashboard Template

I'm looking for someone to take my basic design, with just buttons and text, and transform it into HTML & Javascript.

The buttons should display dark blue based on the javascript results.

For example, if javascript file contains the variable.

alarmstatus = "disarmed";

Then the Disarmed button should be bolded.

Same for the others...

frontdoor_status = '";
kitchenlights_status = "";
livingroomlights_status = "
etc

When the button is pushed, it should send a GET request to a specified URL, including the button name in the transmission. It should then wait 3-seconds, and refresh the page. For now, the javascript file can be static set variables listing the status for each device.

I'm not looking for you to develop a working API, I'm looking for you to develop the shell of it.

Please include something in your message that shows you understand what I'm asking.
