Scope and System Requirements for Note Taker Meeting Bots

This project aims to develop intelligent bots with the capability to participate in meetings conducted on platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

Key Capabilities in Scope:

1. Joining Meetings:
The bot should seamlessly join meetings on Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams through integration with respective platform APIs, including calendar API with OAuth.

2. Recording Meetings:
The bot must record meetings in real-time and upload recordings to Azure or any other designated cloud storage.
It should have the ability to pin specific participants and record them with a pinned view.
The bot should facilitate recording in an active speaker mode view.
Video recordings should be available in real-time through HTTP or RTMP URL without any noticeable lag.

3. Tracking Details:
Capture details such as the active speaker, screen share instances, and the meeting's start and end times.
Track speaker timestamps, indicating when they started and stopped speaking.
Monitor when screen sharing commenced and concluded, including the identification of the participant sharing the screen.

4. Calendar Integration:
Integrate with Google Calendar and Office 365 Calendar APIs.
Allow users to authenticate and access their calendar information.
Create webhooks for syncing user calendar events seamlessly.

5. API Integration:
Integrate with our post API to push HTTP or RTMP video URLs along with speaker information, including name, start time, end time, and screen share details in real-time.
Utilize our API to retrieve subject names for pinning in the meeting.
This project's successful execution will provide efficient and intelligent bots capable of enhancing the meeting experience across multiple platforms.
