I need a desktop application developed using Flutter. The application will be primarily used for barcode and QR code tracking; specifically, it should be compatible with both Windows and macOS systems.

1. **Barcode/QR Code Scanning:**
- Integrate a robust scanning library to read and decode barcodes and QR codes.
- Provide a user-friendly interface for initiating scans.
2. **Code Classification:**
- **First Scan:** Add the scanned code to a list of "All Codes."
- **Second Scan:** Move the code to a "Collected" list.
- **Third Scan:** Move the code to a "Returned" list.
- **Single Scan:** Mark as "Lost" if no further scans are detected within a specified period.
3. **Database Integration:**
