Backend Troubleshooting for Dance Training Website

Hi! I'm a beginner JavaScript developer, and I recently started developing a website from scratch for my girlfriend. She wants me to create a dance training website for her. The backend of the project was working perfectly yesterday, and I was about to switch to frontend development. However, a couple of hours ago, when I tried to run the site locally (it's not hosted yet), it didn't respond to the npm start command.
I tried looking for error logs but couldn’t find any useful information to help diagnose the issue. I’m using Windows, and I’m concerned that the problem might be related to a malfunction of my hard drive or something similar.
I need you to:
Check if the problem really exists and ensure it’s not related to my computer.
Fix the issue and get the backend running again.
After that, explain in detail what the problem was and how you fixed it so I can avoid similar issues in the future.
I’m willing to pay up to 60 USD per hour. I think the total cost will not exceed 600 USD.
