// Additional company background
Trading-in clothing is still a new consumer behaviour today. There are no conventions for what this experience should be; there are also many related fears and anxieties people have.

Online shopping was once in a similar place. It wasn’t that long ago that few people shopped online and most were afraid to put credit card info onto a website. Dozens of companies were trying to define the digital equivalent of shopping carts; inventing digital-only conventions like 1-click checkout; and reducing consumer anxiety around credit card theft with SSL and big green lock icons.

We believe circularity in fashion will one day be as ubiquitous as online shopping but not until we design the experiences that bring people in.
