Azure Bing AutoSuggest

Hello I am created a simple search form for some friends and am wanting to add the Azure Bing Autosuggest (Free Tier) functionality to it.
I have the HTML form, just need this API added to it preferably in JavaScript.
It needs to give the auto suggestions and when we click on them goes to a search at https://search.gexsi.com/en/search
Only apply if you know how and can do it and can do it immediately. Please give a time estimate.
You will need to let me know what Azure Resource you will need for the id:
