Avatar Talking Head Integration with GitHub TTS -- 2

I'm in need of a skilled developer who can integrate the "Talking Head" JavaScript library with an external TTS service from Github. The primary function of this integration is to enable my avatar to talk based on a provided MP3 or text in Korean. ( Avatar fbx will be available via Chat)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement an integration with the "Talking Head" JavaScript library on https://github.com/met4citizen/TalkingHead,
- Integrate with an external TTS service from Github (e.g. MS Azure Speech SDK or other free TTS)
