Automation Developer Needed for Medical Appointment Tracking System
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for a professional and ethical Automation Developer to help us build a center tracking system that automates interaction with a public appointment booking site (https://wafid.com/book-appointment/).
The goal is not to bypass or manipulate, but to track and identify when specific appointment centers become available so we can manually complete bookings.
Objective:
Develop a system that can:
Automatically fill appointment forms with random test data.
Proceed to the pre-payment stage (without completing payment).
Identify when a specific medical center is available.
Notify us when our preferred center is assignable or visible.
This will help us avoid losing money on bookings that assign random centers.
What We’re Facing:
We have observed the following behaviors on the Wafid site:
Medical center selection is not user-controlled; it's often assigned post form submission.
The center selection is hidden or dynamic.
Appointment data may become locked after one attempt using the same credentials.
The frontend uses CSRF tokens, CAPTCHA, and dynamically generated form fields.
Medical center assignment seems to happen after payment, making it hard to control manually.
Your Role Will Include:
Develop or improve an automation system (Selenium, Puppeteer, etc.)
Handle dynamic form submissions and tokenized fields
Implement fake data generation logic for test submissions
Help log and report which center is currently being assigned or offered
Avoid triggering any flags on the website or violating usage policy
Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar scripting languages
Deep understanding of Selenium or Playwright
Experience working with dynamic web forms, tokens, and hidden fields
Basic understanding of web session management and ethical scraping
Bonus: Experience with appointment booking or government service sites
What We Provide:
Test project structure with initial code
Details about all form fields and requirements
Guidance and testing support
Deliverable:
A secure, stable tracking system that lets us:
Run test submissions with fake data
Monitor which center is assigned before payment
Alert us when our target center is available
Note:
We only plan to use this tool for tracking. Actual bookings will be done manually using legitimate data.
To Apply:
Share a sample of your automation experience
Tell us how you would approach this ethically and securely
Let us know expected delivery time and budget
Thanks for your time!
We look forward to working with a talented and ethical developer who can help us streamline this critical step.
