Automated Email Response Generator for Outlook

We need a system that automatically creates draft email responses based on emails saved in a specific category in MS Outlook.
Trigger and Input
Once an email is identified in the specified category, the system will check a shared calendar to extract available meeting times and provide the following inputs to AI API with prompt:
a. Text of email; and
b. Available meeting times.
Output
AI API will provide the output as a draft response email.
Draft Email in Outlook
System will then save that draft email as the response of original email in MS Outlook.

Maximum budget will be INR 200 per hour. We will not consider any bids above that.

Skills set requirements:
1. Office Add-In Development
• Experience with the Office Add-Ins framework
• Knowledge of the Outlook JavaScript API
• Familiarity with Office.js libraries
2. Web Development
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
• Experience with web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
3. Microsoft 365 Integration
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 development patterns
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API for calendar access
• Ability to implement Microsoft identity and authentication
4. API Integration
• Experience connecting to external services (AI API)
• Knowledge of REST API patterns and asynchronous programming
