Automate Tradingview alerts to Broker

Interested in automating Tradingview BUY/SELL alerts to broker via API
Broker's API (Tradovate) information: https://api.tradovate.com/
The features required within a GUI/dashboard (refer to pics) to manage the trading parameters are:
1. set TP and SL in pips/ticks (very important)
2. be able to change the quantity/lot size
3. connect multiple Tradovate accounts
4. enable/disable autotrading button
5. set timer on when autotrading is enable i.e. 9am-12pm, 3pm-6pm
