Autocomplete Javascript from a database (like Amazon's)

I know this already exists out there, but I need a very fast implementation. This is more of a task than a project. Create a form with one dropdown. The dropdown filters when you type. Just like Amazon's autocomplete, you can type any phrase in any order to get your results. For example, If I'm looking for a Craftsman 12 inch red screwdriver, I can type red 12, or screwdriver crafts, or any combination, and it will still show me the correct item.

I'll take bids for this one, because this should be pretty much plug and play.
