Augmented reality projet with AR.js and a-frame.js

I want to do Augmented Reality on the web and upload a lot of videos, 3D or images that are displayed when i scan a QR code or a reference image.
What i need is pretty simple : Create an interface that will let me
1/ Upload a Video (with Transparent Background), a 3D animation or any picture.
2/ Generate The QR Code + the Unique URL do play the AR
Extra :
- > Allow me to pic a design to replace the QR code
- > Allow me to add extra areas to be clicked in AR (can be a button with URL, another vidéo to display or another picture)
Files Size to upload : up to 70 Mo
Dev on your server, payment on delivery.
To bid i want you to read this all and to tell me if you can do the basic + extra or just the basic
I don't want any other library than AR.JS (no unity or Xcode). Let's keep it simple and light.
