Audio/Video Chat app integration between Web browser (Desktop) to Android and vice-versa -- 2

I have a very basic Video/Audio chat using PeerJS and the same thing with Firebase add-on in Android (using web-view).
This solution works well when connecting from Web-Web and also when connecting from Android-Android.
But it doesn't work between Android-Web as the web part doesn't have the Firebase integration done. I want it to be fixed to work between Web-Android and Android-Web.
Need someone who has knowledge on both sides to get this resolved quickly
