Artistic front end coder with experience in OpenGL, Canvas, needed for a cool trippy animation

Hello there. my ideal hire would be someone who loves to make trippy and weird animations using opengl, canvas, or javascript. The overall goal of this project is some sort of cool animation/trippy effect that coincides with the mouse.
I'm a musician an artist who has a website I'm working on, you can view it at test.samahabeats.com. Right now, the site needs a section for an "about me" or biography, which I want on the front page, right underneath the menu. I want this to be a section to have some sort of animation effect around it, particularly I want faces to distort and move based on the mouse. I want it to be artsy, to stand out, and to really wow the user when they get to it. As far as actual content, I'm thinking just some text, and an image of my face, but I want this section to be affected in a cool way using javascript or css, whatever you think. I've attached some links of fx that I think are cool, obviously using video, but if you can come up with a cool way to do this section using javascript, html5 canvas, or opengl, I'm all ears.
I want maybe the mouse to be able to reveal the picture beneath or something, or perhaps make multiple faces around the original face (see screenshot). If you could make some sort of glitchy trippy effect for this section....maybe a mouse effect that coincides with revealing the content, that would be great. Last thing I want to note is, obviously this needs to look good on desktop, but mobile would be nice too....
