ArcGIS Map Integration in Next.js

I need a Next.js expert to create a simple project displaying an ArcGIS map with the following features:

Requirements:
- Base map display
- Interactive features:
- Zoom and Pan
- Layer toggling
- pin drop of any lat and long hardcoded.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Next.js
- Experience with ArcGIS and geospatial data
- Strong knowledge of interactive map features

Use Argcgis web components such as Home and Togglebase, add zoom,add pin drop.
This should be in client side.
