Arbitrary Style Transfer Implementation in React Web Program

This project is for implementing an open-source arbitrary style transfer browser program into an existing React Web program

The user will be able to upload:
-a content image
-and a style image

and then click 'generate' to see an image of the finished result

I would like the UI improved, so that it's really easy for the user to upload their images and see the finished result. The image size should automatically be the largest possible (while still being within reasonable loading time), no need to have image size option for user

The processing method and model should also automatically be the high quality option
