Apps Script (JavaScript) in Google Sheets -- 2

Need to be able to collect data into google sheets via different APIs

Need to be able to add/save rules as trigger events from a google sheet to update external data via API

All this needs to be driven from a google sheet

Will share more details after selecting a candidate which is an expert in google sheets and apps scripts.
