Appointment Management Full Stack Software

I need a web application using Spring Boot 6 (backend) and React (frontend) that works on any browser and connects to a free online database.
should be build with Spring boot 6 and React.
The backend should run in IntelliJ, and the frontend in VS Code


Features:
Header with login /register/appointment and footer
login / register pages with validation regex
appointment Form.
after user login he should be able to land on table
the table will have columns
user id , user name, user email , user appointment , user phone number (encrypted)(date and hour with easy set using calender and hour dropdown ), location, stauts(yes or No), Actions, comments

Actions column: will have 3 button different colors: delete , update , complete in same row of every user line.

Complete button if click the status col will be updated to yes.
update button should lead to appointment form with set of data need to be updated for this specific user .

When open appointments page all user and appointments date will be renderd.

Under the table there will be
Add button to add appointment will lead to form of appointment
Clear Button to clear all table data

the Program by default should run Voice notification and popup on device the web application browser running ,to inform of next coming date one day before the date . and send whatsapp message to the users registerd phone number

End of the project you will deliver Architecture document of technical impl flow with Demo video of the flow.

no other Technology mentioned used please.
specially backend , spring Boot and Frontend React with Axios.


the application need to be converted to Android App it can be only container to this Web applicaiton so we can run this app on any android ipad.


i dont have Design , database or server , please suggest best approach.
