App Script Coding for Google sheet automation

Here, i have attached 2 BOQs, BOQ andd Summary, these are output report file from an estimation software... There is one more file called "The Croft Medical Center" is the manually formatted file by me ("The Croft medical Centre" file is only FYR)

The Errors and Instructions
Point 1. The Error is there on the BOQ file are some materials which has no sizes mentioned are making the error. For instance, you can see the first item "EUROPIPE 502 - WATER TRAP" is having no sizes; and then the issue comes in action; that the value from the quantity column are shifted forward by one cell, and every column are merged together with 2 adjacent cells(it's the output from the estimation software and we cannot do anything on that). So, here we need to make it proper with every value should be in the exact cells. (As you can see every columns are merged together with an adjacent cell, it should remain same)
Point 2: The sub total values are having the mislocated values, needs to be corrected.
Point 3: i need zeros, where the formula results into "0".
Point 4: All the necessary formulas, i need for the multiplication and SUM
Point 5: there are Sub total sections and this should be SUM in the GRAND TOTAL.
Point 6: There is a Summary tab, which needs to call the values from the BOQ tab, like the "Sub Total" Values calling from BOQ to the "Grand Total" section on Summary tab.
Note 1: There is a Summary file, which will get separately from the software, it needs to be added as a new tab in the BOQ, which I had sent at the first place, the integration of Summary into BOQ i can do, you can just prepare it into 2 different google sheets file.
Note 2: on the"The Croft medical centre" file ,I have done, almost all of it manually without any Macros and codes, But this I'm doing with you is for the time saving, there'll future projects and I can save some time... i think you can do this with the App Script coding in google sheets and all the formatting, shifting, formulas at one place...
Note 3: Always the no.of rows inside the "Sub total" will be change according to the projects; and the columns will remains same as now, means the BOQ format / layout won't be change just the rows will be change with the addition of materials.
Note 4: If you can done here and next i'll be using your corrected / coded Google sheet file for further projects by copy and paste the dats into your end file.
