App Rebuild to New Domain

I had an app built in 2019. It was fully functional then. Due to personal reasons, I let the domain name and my AWS account expire. Now the app still shows up in the play store and on iTunes, but when it's downloaded, it does not allow the SMS verification to go through. I have all of the source code, including front and back-end instructions. I need someone skilled in React JS who can get my app back functional in the play store and iTunes connected to the new domain. I have already created the new AWS account. I had another developer on it but she has not been responsive or made any progress even though she's had the code for a few months so I am ready to move forward.
