Api/code for document recognition and cropping -- 2

I need to be able to scan documents and receipts from mobile device, and crop off the background so it leaves a clean document.
Similar to the app turboscan. Check that out before bidding.
The file need to be saved as pdf.
It will be implemented in homepage and app.
