Algorithmic trading expert needed for creation of a virtual interview platform

Small startup fund seeks traders in certain latin american nations where we have reach. entirely programmed in Javascript+node.js / standard trading APIs we have many applicants, we want to find the best and the brightest. - we want to hire the top 1% of 1%, we will not read resumes.
Concept. Provide a 90 day data window for which applicants will create an algorithm to produce the highest returns. Algo will then run against a second window, different stocks, crypto coins, and exchanges. Those with best results get hired to our offices
Deliverable: The data, the test, and the hiring plan. Test will be in many languages, processing power will be provided by our company; there should be no barrier to entry, including but not limited to, a secure internet connection. We send data, they send software, we hire based on results. Once successful, they will mentor more, and so on.
We're looking to find brilliant people, the best of the best, and nurture them to excel. Applicants will not have any educational/background checks. If they can code, and they can prove to us that they're capable, they will have a job. and hopefully a better future!
