Ajax and database value injection

I have a few questions or tasks...
1. I want that a html page open on smartphone fullscreen like an app. (So they are not able to go a page back)
2. In this URL: https://app.shoptv.be/clientqueue.asp?id=denartiest You read the number above (*1) (your queue number) You read the number beneed (*2) (we serve number)
Number *1 comes out a database Number *2 is data injected in a div by Ajax.
When the two numbers are equal... How can I set te total color to an other color like in CSS: *{ color:#00ff00!important; }
How can I retrieve number *2, not in a div but on a normal value way so I can compare the two numbers in VBS.
