Airtable - Change Table Data is Pushed to in Airtable

I have an existing tool (Web Portal) that pushes data into Airtable. My client recently moved their database tiers and it appears the data is no longer pushing into the new database. I need someone who can update the code so that it pushes into the correct table so that they can continue to maintain quality records.

There is also a Chrome extension that has a button for users to open Airtable as well but I think that may work fine.
