Air Quality Visualization in p5.js

I'm looking for an expert in JavaScript, specifically p5.js, to create a visualization of air quality data.

I have a wealth of data available to interpret. This data, detailing the air quality, is formatted as a CSV. I will provide this data to you upon project start. The goal of this project is to interpret this data and create a readily understandable visualization using p5.js library.
