Advanced WhatsApp Chatbot with Flow Builder

I have an existing WhatsApp chatbot and marketing software, but it's limited in terms of functionality and flexibility. I need a skilled developer to create a flow builder-style chatbot, with the following features:
- **Conditional Logic**: The ability to create if-then statements and other forms of conditional branching, based on user input or other variables.
- **Content Delivery**: Capability to send various types of content including text, images, audio, files, and videos.
- **Timer Integration**: The ability to trigger actions or events based on time, for example, sending a follow-up message after a certain period.
- **Menu Selector**: A user-friendly interface that presents a set of options (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 5) to the user.
- **Response Capture**: Functionality to capture user responses to questions. This should support free text input.
Moreover, basic integration with OpenAI is required for this project. The platform compatibility requirement is specific to WhatsApp.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proficiency in chatbot development, particularly with WhatsApp.
- Experience with building chatbots using flow builder-style frameworks.
- Familiarity with integrating chatbots with CRM systems.
