Admin Panel with Form Builder to integrate in websites

The goal is to build a dashboard in which customers can create a custom form. This form should be possible to integrate via javascript code into the own website. Integration either as a floating button on the website or inline on a specific subpage. Each form need to have their own ID and a custom URL to access it. It should be possible generate different integration codes for one form. Each integration code can have different options e.g.
- Type: Floating Button, Inline
- Show/Hide Logo, Title, Footer,
- Size: Max/mind width
- Color, etc.
A second integration code simply integrates the form inline on a subpage and not as a floating bubble. I need a small admin panel to create such a form with different fields and different steps. After I have created a form it should be possible to use a simple code to integrate it in the customers website header tag. Also for each form I should be able to see the entries. Best would be when each entry will be sent to the customer's email address.

The form should be easily customizable with the fields, styles and settings. Important is a high loading time of the customer's website. In the admin panel, I want to have a permission system that also the users can login and only see their own form and entries. Me as an admin can see from all users the forms and entries and also do changes.
