Adjustment of pure php chatbox script from envato (second version)

I have a php script for a dating chatbox (it's a sexchat, make sure you're comfortable with it before bidding), that script is based on core php without any framework. I have some modifications regarding geolocation and some layout changes.
In short:
1] Cancel geolocation and use text field on profile for location (i have files with lat & long).
2] add space for 5 public pictures to profile, like the pictures on the groupspage
3] dragaction widening all columns
4] Add gridview and a toggle button to page "online" and "all users" and "storage"
5] Implement Imagick (already installed on server) for compression, stripping and storage of imagefiles as jpg.
6] When logging in as guest, a check should be done if username already exists.
Script is already installed and working (without users) on vps, waiting for last changes to be made.
I need a core php developer who can help me with this project, more projects are in the pipeline for this.
