Add some features in existing JS project

Hello,

I need help regarding following features in my existing project

+ Add graph in the admin section (any simple chart is fine)
+ Add calendar to search for voting for last six months
+ Add a widget which other people can copy and paste it in other html, wordpress sites
+ Add a section to identify who voted and no double voting should be allowed from same computer

Optional:
+ Add Jest tests
+ Refactor the code in TypeScript
