Add a single page in an existing React web app

I am using Metronic8 React admin template. You can see it here: https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic8/react/demo1/
I want you to implement 3 things in this template. I will provide the template.
1. Create a page. This page will have 1 text field, 1 Text Editor and 1 button. Text field is mandatory and when user enter a text in this field we will call https://api.openai.com/v1/completions api and fetch the response and display it in the text editor. Text editor should have all built-in standard text editor tools like copy, save, bold, italic etc.. Please see attached screenshot. There should be a timer something like spinner that count the timing until response is received.. 1.2.3....
2. To call the openai API, we need to use api key. This should be retrieved from user profile. So you need to add an additional field in user profile for API key and user should be able to add, edit or delete this key. Once it's added then it should be used for step 1.
3. Integrate this template with Firebase. So user login/registration info and API key should be saved in the Firebase DB.
